Dezi Singh is a mediator, arbitrator, and workplace advisor serving both unionized and non-unionized environments. With nearly 20 years of experience working in complex organizations across federally and provincially regulated workplaces in the public and private sectors, he is known for delivering fair, timely, and practical outcomes that respect organizational realities while safeguarding employee rights. Since 2014, Dezi has served on the negotiation and arbitration roster with Natural Resources Canada.Dezi earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), specializing in Organizational Behaviour, from the Schulich School of Business. He went on to complete a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) at Queen's University as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) with a specialization in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) from Osgoode Hall Law School. Dezi has also completed extensive practical training in alternative dispute resolution completing the ADR, Advanced ADR and Applied ADR programs through the Stitt Feld Handy Group in affiliation with the Windsor Law School.Dezi's approach is grounded in a deep understanding of arbitration, mediation, collective bargaining, labour law, and workplace dynamics, combined with a strong commitment to procedural fairness, credibility, and trust. Having worked extensively with unions, management, boards, and regulators, he brings a balanced and pragmatic perspective focused on resolution, enabling parties to move forward constructively and productively.
